Area of Interest

48 items that attempt to represent all possible interests. Obviously this will sometimes fail; we tried to keep a meaningful balance between quantity and specificity. Please contact us if you notice a shortcoming we may be able to address.

Category

We use this term to indicate major groupings, not specific types, e.g. housing rentals are a category, while coop is a type.

City/town

City and town name searches.

Country

Currently there are 13 countries to choose from in a posting page. There are over 200 in the world; as demand dictates, we will add new ones.

Interests

Interests are like key words; they are included (or not) by the poster.

Organization Name

Searches for notices by Organization Name are performed from any category main page.

State

These are U.S. states. States and regions in other countries are entered in a separate field, and are as yet unsearchable.

Zip Code

Search for notices by US postal Zip.

Title Word

Search for notices with a word in the title.

Type

Used to list specific or identifying characteristics.
